Top 4 Destinations of 2019

Before Christmas, we asked you to tell us the places you most want to visit in 2019 and there were four clear winners when the results came back. So, which destinations are at the top of your travel lists?

1) Italy

The most popular choice was, perhaps unsurprisingly, Italy. Gorgeous weather, delicious cuisine renowned the world over, and landscapes brimming with amazing foliage and fascinating history – this really is a place to visit, and then come back to again and again. Can you visit Italy in 2019 with Brightwater? Yes, you can! From an archaeological adventure in Pompeii and a tour of the villas surrounding the lakes, to Florence's vibrant arts scene and Rome's historic Ninfa Gardens, we have something for every lover of Italy on offer. 2) Scotland

With our office based in Cupar and having visited a total of 35 Scottish islands between us, we are very much on board with your love of Scotland and all it has to offer! Coming in second place, your interest in this country stems from its evocative archaeological sites, rich history and unbeatable (and often wild!) landscapes. We are running a vast range of holidays in Scotland this year, and you can explore the full collection by clicking here. However, we've rounded up a few of our favourites below:

3) France

Just a short train, boat or plane journey away, France came in at number three on your most desirable destinations list. We have four holidays that will visit cities and sites in and around this wonderful country, and experiences you can enjoy on each trip vary depending on which you choose:

4) Ireland

One of our lesser-visited destinations with Brightwater, Ireland took fourth place. We only have one tour that takes in Ireland's scenery, history and glorious views, and it departs in both May and August. This tour includes exclusive access to the new private garden of Helen Dillon, a visit to the enchanting gardens of Mount Stewart, and time at the historic island gardens of Ilnacullin.

Don't forget, if you book your holiday before February 2nd you'll still be able to take advantage of our best-ever January sales offers! Click here for more information or call our friendly team on 01334 657155 today!
