It's official – from July 4th, overnight stays in England will be allowed

Anyone keeping on top of the news will know that today it was announced that in England, from July 4th, hotels, bed & breakfasts, holiday homes, campsites, caravan parks and boarding houses will all be able to reopen. Overnight stays are back! This will come as a welcome relief to those of us waiting patiently to get back out there and travel, after what feels like a very long time spent in isolation!

Christmas in Kent - December 24th, 2020

Highgrove & the Cotswolds - 23rd April, 2021

Historic Houses of Dorset - 23rd April, 2021

Love exploring the inside of other people's homes? This holiday is for you! Head down to charming Dorset for four days of glorious visits to historic houses, which range from Minterne House (where you'll be led around by none other than the owner Lord Digby himself!) to Kingston Lacy. There will even be time to visit the birthplace and house of Thomas Hardy at Max Gate along with Forde Abbey, which is home to the stunning Mortlake tapestries.

Private Gardens of Cornwall - 29th April, 2021

Cornwall’s gardens are renowned the world over for their colour and variety, and there are some truly outstanding examples here, many of them privately owned. These include Bosvigo, with wonderfully colourful borders; Trebartha with many water features and great views, and the Italianate-style Lamorran. Elsewhere, discover Lanhydrock, Trewithen and Trelissick.

Ah, the garden of England – what better place to spend time visiting amazing sites and outdoor spaces? Join us in May next year for a whirlwind tour of Kent and nearby county Sussex.
