6) The Legend of Gertrude Jekyll

A plantswoman extraordinaire, painter and writer, Gertrude Jekyll was perhaps best known for her association with the architect Sir Edwin Lutyens. She created more than 400 gardens in her lifetime and this tour stretches across England's southern regions, from Kent and Sussex, to Surrey.
