Join us on a luxurious cruise on the sinuous River Seine, into which we have woven a series of visits to the outstanding gardens of Normandy, including Monet’s garden at Giverny, which continues to enthrall countless visitors more than 90 years after his death.

Other garden highlights include the Bois des Moutiers, where the influence of Gertrude Jekyll can be clearly seen, and Le Vasterival, one of the finest gardens of its type and a lasting legacy of its creator, the Princess Sturdza. At the Jardins Agapanthe we find many interesting and unusual features while at the Jardin de Plume we will discover a natural yet structured contemporary garden in a typical Normandy orchard. At the Jardin Angélique we explore a romantic and delightfully old-fashioned garden and our tour finishes in grand style at the magnificent palace and gardens of Versailles.

On board our ship, the A-ROSA VIVA, we will enjoy all-inclusive luxury, with breakfast, lunch and dinner; tea, coffee and snacks and high quality drinks throughout the day. All cabins have a large window to the outside and a full range of amenities such as flat-screen TV, en-suite shower and WC and air-conditioning. Up-grades to upper deck cabins with Juliet balconies are available at a supplement. Bathrobes, toiletries and mineral water are provided in every cabin and there is also a 15% discount available on all treatments in the spacious spa area. Late summer sunshine can be enjoyed on the sun deck where there are ample sunloungers as well as a heated whirlpool, putting green, shuffleboard and chessboard.
