Literary Trails

With itineraries that cover the West Country and the South Coast, and both including explorations into the life and works of Jane Austen, delve into the literary world on our two new themed tours. Spend time in Lacock, used as the location for 'Pride and Prejudice', discover Gilbert White's home in Selborne and follow in the footsteps of Agatha Christie.

Walking Tours

Ideal for those of us who love to cover ground by foot, our new walking tours can take you through the Peak District, around the glorious Outer Hebrides and around Cornwall. What's more, not only does walking help keep us fit, it also promotes good mental well-being and heart health!

Archaeological Adventures

If you're looking for a holiday with a hefty helping of history, browse our Archaeology range. Explore standing stones in Orkney and Shetland, enter ancient tombs in Malta, discover the unique churches of Bulgaria and delve into myth and legend in Greece. The choice really is yours.

Adventures of a Lifetime

If you want to make up for 2020 being a quieter year on the travel front, why not go the distance and treat yourself to a long-haul holiday to remember? Explore Patagonia, discover the colours of Colombia, enjoy breathtaking scenery in New Zealand and take in the seasonal gardens of Japan.

River Cruising

Fancy something a little more leisurely? Why not hop aboard one of our charming boats for a European river cruise? We have four on offer for 2021 - Castles & Gardens of the Loire, Douro Discovery, Picardy Gardens and Legends of the Rhône.

Oberammergau 2022

Yes, a legendary once-per-decade play that came about following a deadly pandemic was, in fact, postponed this year due to... you guessed it, a pandemic. However, the next performance will now take place in 2022, so don't miss your chance to witness this incredible spectacle.
